Worthy Referral Program

For Referrers

Each Account has a custom, unique hyperlink that allows Worthy to track the Referees referred by that Account (“Referral Link”). Your use of your Referral Link, and participation in the Referral Program, are subject to the following:

(a) You may post your Referral Link on your own social media pages and websites owned by you, but you may not post or distribute your Referral Link on or in connection with: (i) other people’s or organization’s websites, social media pages, channels or postings, or (ii) commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia);

(b) You may not “spam” anyone with your Referral Link, which includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your Referral Link;

(c) You may not give your Referral Link to others to solicit referrals on your behalf;

(d) You may not use any domain or social media account or handle containing any Worthy trademark or any confusingly similar mark, or otherwise impersonate Worthy in connection with your participation in the Referral Program;

(e) You may not purchase advertising, including keyword advertising, that uses or displays any Worthy trademark or confusingly similar mark in connection with your participation in the Referral Program;

(f) You may not engage in any deceptive, misleading, illegal, or unethical practices in connection with your participation in the Referral Program;

(g) You may not post your Referral Link in connection with any materials, sites or otherwise that are for an unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose, or that contain obscene or pornographic content;

(h) You may not offer any compensation or other incentives in connection with the use of your Referral Link, or use paid advertising to promote your Referral Link;

(i) You may not make any commitment, incur any obligations, or make any representations or warranties on behalf of Worthy;

(j) You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including but not limited to anti-“SPAM” laws and FTC Guidelines on Advertising Disclosures) as well as any applicable third-party terms (including social media platforms) in connection with your participation in the Referral Program;

(k) You must make clear that you may receive incentives from Worthy in connection with the use of your Referral Link; and

(l) You may not refer anyone who does not meet the Referee requirements.

Referrals must be first-time Worthy users only. Limit 1 free, $10 bond per new user referred. As the Referrer, you must hold a purchased bond from an open offering to refer a friends to join and earn the free bond. Both parties must have an active Worthy account that remains in good standing for a 90-day period before being eligible to redeem the free bond. To qualify for the reward, the person you refer must use your personal referral invitation link (or marketing partner link) when they sign up. The new customer must be a US citizen (including residents of Puerto Rico) and must be at least 18 years of age. Referral bonds may only be awarded to customers living in states in which the present offering is sellable. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer. Promotion terms are subject to change without notice, at any time, at the sole discretion of Worthy. Bond Rewards under the Referral Offer are limited to 50 ($500) Bonds per calendar year per Offeror.

Worthy reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities. If at any time Worthy suspects or determines, in its sole discretion, that you have not complied with these Terms or have otherwise abused the spirit of this Referral Program, Worthy may immediately and without notice, terminate or suspend your participation in the Referral Program, void your Referral Link, and refuse to award to you any Reward or Entry.

We will generally process a Bond Reward for a Referral Offer and deposit the Bond in the Referrer's account within 7 days following the date the Referee opens a qualifying account with the unique referral link designated to the Referrer.

For Referred New Users

When a new user referred by an existing user (or marketing partner link) opens a Worthy account and connects a verified funding source for the first time and enrolls in an eligible offering, a free, $10 bond will be awarded to the new customer's account. The Referee's account must be active and remain in good standing for a period of 90 days after the reward's issuance to remain eligible to redeem the bond. The new customer must be a US citizen (including residents of Puerto Rico) and be at least 18 years of age. Referral bonds may only be awarded to customers living in states in which the present offering is sellable. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer. Promotion terms are subject to change without notice, at any time, and at the sole discretion of Worthy.

For All Users

Our referral program is designed to assist individuals in opening a bond account and planning for their financial future. Misrepresenting the program as a means to achieve quick wealth or as a source of free money is prohibited and will result in violation of the referral program's terms. Such actions may lead to suspension from the program and/or our platform at Worthy's discretion.

Worthy reserves the right to restrict or revoke this offer at any time.

Any person deliberately abusing the program - such as creating multiple Worthy accounts, or sending (or otherwise exposing) their referral link indiscriminately to large numbers of recipients - will not qualify for the promotion and their account will be deactivated and banned from participation from the program. Such exposure includes, but is not limited to, posting a referral link publicly on forums or social media such as Reddit and Facebook where the intention is to advertise our referral program as a quick money scheme, as well as publicly promoting the referral program while sending the code privately under similar pretenses. We encourage our customers to share their referral links with known friends or family, so posting your link on your personal social media profile is permissible as long as your profile is not being promoted elsewhere as a means of indirectly routing external traffic to your link.
